I have a 6 bolt that I just had bored .020 over, I have oem .020 oversized pistons and Hastings .020 oversized piston rings, my gap on the top ring is .015-.016 an the bottom is around .016-.017, my question is what is the proper ring gap for this combination, I see a lot of different people sayin different things but nothin for this combination, thanks

Look up the formula factors by any ring company, Manley, Wiseco, Total seal. Pick the factor that best suites your build and do the math.

Ring gap should be the same whether their standard size or oversized. It all depends on what piston your running. Stock or aftermarket should be gapped differently because of the expansion rates of different grades of aluminum.
