Evo 9 parts..to use or not to use?

Ok so i got some Crower titanium retainers. evo 9 valve springs, evo 9 exhaust valves all brand new for cheap. Think i should take the time to put them in or sell them and make some money.

Well i would be using the stock 2g gst cam and im pushing 15 psi. Just bought all this off a boy for 60 bucks. My car needs new lifters so i will have the head opened anyway. Just wondering if i should go threw the trouble of installing them.
