cam bolt tightening sequence and torque specs 2G 7 Bolt head OEM

Not really a newbie, but have been away from the game for awhile. Trying to get a decent picture or drawing that contains the torque specs and tightening sequence for the bolts that hold down the cam. Also need the settings for the plate that is in the area as well. Not sure of the name but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. 1 of the bolts that hold it down is broken. I have a Haynes manual, and it doesn't have much on this topic at all. Any help would be great. I'm trying to see if I have a bent valve or not.

I'm not sure what "plate" you are talking about exactly, being more of a 1G guy, but here's the 2G camshaft info you need.

I greatly appreciate the help/info you have given me. Way less confusing than the picture in my Haynes manual. I'll try to get either a photo up of the "plate", or get a name for it. Thanks, Josh
