T-belt pulley tensioner pin dimension?

I'm at work, I don't have the car in front of me. I would like to get the tool before I get home, save myself alot of driving.

I have a couple T-belt Eccentric Tensioner pulley's tools here. Does anyone have a Jayracing or OEM eccentric tensioner tool that they could measure the outer and inner diameter of the pins for me if they are bored. ha.

I have:

Inner Diameter of 15.09"mm
Outer Diameter of 20.86"mm

What are you asking?The pin that holds the plunger down during install?Just use a small allen wrench or a nail.

He's talking about the the pulley tool.. what you rotate the tensioner pulley with.

I have the JR one, I can't measure it until I get home though

Yah, I was looking for the distance between the two holes on the eccentric pulley.

I just grab all the special tools I have laying around. I'll try them out when I get home and let you guys know what happens.

I measure .424" between the pins, with a pin thickness of .125".

.424" is 10.78mm so all the tools I brought home were to large. I used the old 90 degree snap ring pliers. They worked a bit awkward thats all. I'll just pick up the tool sometime soon thanks.

I just made one yesterday. The center to center is .550 and I used .125 pins.
