i purchased a jdm motor through ard performance.with the engine they sent a new ecu.the thing is completely different from mine.differnt amount of pins and the pins are a different style.my stock ecu works fine even the dual runners on cyclone intake seem to operate properly.my question is does anyone know if there is any advantage to the jdm ecu? does it have a higher rev limiter,or any other power increasing advantages?i asked ard performance but they are clueless.any info would be helpful.

Read the rules. Use proper grammar and spelling and people will answer you. Keep writing like this and the same thing will happen. The thread will be closed.

P.S. Keep your stock ECU. The JDM is junk.
