1g short block install

Compression went out on 1 cylinder and I was planning on fixing it, but now I think it'll be cheaper and wiser to just throw the 1g shortblock in there. What all would I need? Tranny etc..? And can I keep all the original a/c and power steering stuff? And I know I'll need 6bolt ARP studs, but can I use the 7bolt head gasket?

So I can still use the 7bolt tran and clutch and just switch to a 6bolt fly? It didn't really specify head gasket either.

yes. u can use the 7bolt trans.. and clutch. just pick up a 6 bolt flywheel.. and i believe all the hg's are the same

1G and 2G headgaskets are the same, 1G and 2G Clutches are the same, Use a 6bolt flywheel and a 2G transmissions.
