Im gonna do a simple re-ring to my motor and I was wondering what I should use, I was leaning towards Mitsu OE but should I use somthing diffrent?

Those should be fine, thats what I used. Please rehone the motor though.

I did a simple, cheap re-ring on a 4G63 once, and I used Sealed Power rings. They worked fine. Sealed Power, Hastings, or OEM all seem to work good. Make sure to correctly file fit the rings, and to hone out the cylinder walls to ensure proper ring seat. Make sure not to hone too much as you can bore out the cylinder if honed too long. 3-5 quick passes is all it takes.

in all three dsms i have had i used summits gapless rings less than 1% blow by,but they are alittle more pricey.but OEM is great also.

I just went to Advance and picked up some Beck-Arnley rings and have had no problems... $87 after tax. I did not hone and i have absolutely no blowby or oil loss or smoking at all. Quite a few guys i know have done the same. Look here concerning rebuilds and especially cast vs. "chrome" rings.
