Selling this almost finished project guys. Getting out of the DSM scene.
1990 AWD TSi with 4 bolt LSD rear end.
This was going to be a drag/track car and has the no interior.
This has a brand new 6 bolt engine with the mod's listed.
I stupidly took it out to test something and forgot to pin the hood down. It flew up and wrecked the hood smashed the windshield and blew out the sun roof.
SO I'M not spending any more money on it, so I'm giving it up. I'd like to sell the car as a running shell, but may have to part it out.
Starting from the front-
brand new battery
new Starter
very low milage Evo 3 Big 16G on ported 2G mani and Stainless Steel O2 housing.
Oil and water lines converted to -AN fittings on Turbo and T-Stat.
Brand New Prothane motor mounts all round.
rebuilt 0.020" over bore 6 bolt block, with BSE and 3G lifters.
Brand New ARP head bolts
original cams
brand new Knock sensor and O2 sensor.
Power steering eliminated.
A/C eliminated.
Mallory AFPR and -AN return and feed lines.
Fidanza Flywheel and new friction plate.
XTD 6 puck solid clutch and HD pressure plate.
All Brand new transmission seals.
Stainless Steel Clutch Line
All Brand New OEM clutch internals (TOB, Fork and Ball, etc)
Dejon Intake pipe.
Dejon UICP with 1G BOV.
3" Apex-I cat-less exhaust less than 1 year old.
Walboro 255HP w/ rewire kit.
Symborski bushings on shifter plate and cable ends.
Modified instrument cluster with start switches.
KYB-AGX w/ ProLine competition springs.
I'm probably missing a bunch of things, but this is a project that just has tapped me out and I can't finish it.
The engine runs great and has about 1 mile on it. It just needs finishing and I just can't bring myself to do anymore on this. It's been 2 years and the hood incident just finished me in.
I'll send pic's to those interested.
Clean Title.
Some cosmetic work and a new hood and windshield, will get this on the track.
Looking to get $4000 pick up only or will help deliver it within 100 miles.
