Turbo and non-turbo cams, what's the dif?

How do you tell which cams are wich? I recently bought some cams that are supposed to be turbo cams, however they look the same as my non-turbo cams! Can anyone help me?

Also, do you know anything about rods? How do you tell the difference from "big" rods and little rods?

The diff on the cams is lift and duration I believe. You wont be able to tell by looking at them because they look the same, its the size of the lob that is different.

THere could be markings on the cams, but not that I know of.

I agree...I was junkyarding a few days ago. I was gonna nab the turbo cams to sell on ebay, but the nonturbo beside it had its cams out and siting beside the turbo cams...for some reason. I couldnt tell any diffeence either.
