how much boost should a 2g hold to redline on a stock t25 at its max?

Reason is i have a 99gst, with a upper ic pipe, greddy type s bov, injen intake, 3" downpipe, thermal 3" catback and it spikes to about 18psi in the midrange, but falls to about 12psi on the topend

Tomorow im putting on a evo o2 housing and getting rid of the bcs for a greddy profec b, is the stock t25 maxed out at 12psi on the topend or can i squeeze about 15psi out of it on the topend?

i would like to reduce midrange, increase topend

ALSO ,whats the best way to wire in a greddy profec b while getting rid of the stock bcs? Best way meaning best chance at getting lowest boost possible, because i want the lowest boost on the low boost setting, for first gear

A few comments, you do not get “max” power by red lining a T-25. You should be shifting right around 6200ish to stay within the power band. Also you should just use the instructions that come with the boost controller. It will have what is the best setup to use for the maximum accuracy. You will not get a lot of “top-end” out of the T-25, at least with my setup my first 3 gears are the best after that 4 and 5 suck.

Do you have the Greddy Profec-B, or the Profec-B II?

Also it would be helpfull if you updated you profile, you have to stay away from that F word. That being Ford of course.

the t-too small can't keep up with the motor in higher rpms....if you want to get better topend upgrade the turbo or maybe try the new wastegate acuator from fp...haven't heard much about it but i'm sure it works coming frmo fp...and it's only $99
