do any of you guys know anything about the fmic rre sells for the 1g it looks kind of small is it worth it.

It's not worth it.

Once you buy all that stuff you still have to buy a UICP and LICP. Then you are in over a grand when for the same price you could have gotten a larger, better and better looking Spearco #2-120 core from www.indyracecores.com or www.diamondstarmotorsport.com with all the pipes. And the pipes would be shorter which is better.

Which should I get the 120 or the 216. Is the 216 an easy fit or a lot of cutting and re routing?

Running a bigger intercooler is never pointless. You'll always be getting the air closer to ambient the bigger you go on the core. The 120 requires the least modification.
