FPR install instructions

I just got the charged air FPR, but it didn't come with any instructions.
Can somebody give me some tips?
-I had some problems reaching the lower bolt so I loosened the fuel Rail, and the injectors came out, so I also need some injector install instructions too. (Can I just pop em' back in?)

It is a pretty straight forward install. Just unbolt the stock fpr and bolt the chrged air one in place(put oil on the o-ring to help it seal). Make sure to reconnect the fuel line and vacuum hose. And yes the injectors just pop back into place. Might want to put a little oil on the seals or get new ones if they are hard or cracked.

Okay, I got it on. Now I need to set it.
1.)The car reluctlantly started.
-Fuel pressure 10psi
2.)Twisted the bolt left. (Not the little lock nut, I twisted the whole bolt.
-Still 10psi
3.)Twisted the bolt right.
-Still 10psi
4.)Car caught on fire!
-Ran around in a circle waving my arms screaming... shut it off, and blew out the flame.
5.)There is a small crack in my spark plug wire which caused the flame, and I had some loose gas around the area from the install. I may have a small leak too. I'll tighten everything up just in case!

Okay, now for my questions:
1.)Why is the fuel pressure stuck at 10psi?
2.)How should I adjust it?

the bolt just holds the screw in place you have to move the screw to adjust the fuel pressure
