this is what ive decided to do with my tsi...

injen intake
k&n filter
greddy type s blow off valve
boost gauge
boost controller
upper intercooler pipe for blow off valve (anything else needed)

.... so from these things listed what kinda hp gains you think i should get or what should i be running at the track???

depends on your boost. The t25 is not much good over 15 psi, so that should be about your limit. Also do more of the free type mods, like opening up the airbox, and rewiring your fuel pump with 10guage wire.

Also clean out your intercooler with gas or other solvent. This allows it to work by giving it more effective interior surface area.

The big thing tho is to get a full exhaust system. Your 2g manifold is good, but after that its ugly. Get a 2.5" or 3" full mandrel bent system. This is BIG in our cars.

if you have AWD and 5spd, you will go low 14's for sure if you do the full exaust.

I went 13.8 at 100 on a full exhaust with cat, upper pipe(Dave Brodie), open airbox with K&N, and 16 psi boost. Pump gas and 3260 with me in it. Granny shifting, 1.87 60', and 230,000km on the car.

1g yes, quite a bit when stock.

2g not as bad, but I don't really know the 2g as well.

With the 1g the turbo, cams and injectors are all weaker.
