need an advice

ok, it's christmas time, and i get to buy stuff for the car. Now, here's the thing. A local shop will weld a three inch exhaust for me. So I am basically planning to buy a fuel pump, and a turbo for now. at this point i should have the stage 1 mods. I am wondering, with stage 1 mods, and one of these turbos, @ about 15-17 psi, what hp should i expect, and any advice on a turbo upgrade? or any other route different from what i have planned?
