i had that piece on the front of the engine that connects to the tranny break off, does anyone know what its called or how to fix it if i can. i have seen a thread on that happening to someone one time before. i just dont know what the piece is called so i can do a search on it. thanks for the help.

Do you mean the bellhousing?
or motor mount?
or starter?
or reverse light?
or speedometer cable?

any sort of better description you could give us?
 
it right above the slave cylinder, it comes off the engine the bell housing connects to it with a bolt comming in from the bell housing side. does that help
 
i know i'm a bit late on the post but i had the same problem and it exploded my clutch.got a new one put in a weld job done.did 2 burnouts and weld broke.you have to make sure u have someone who can weld good to the block.they will probably weld a thick nut to the block to thread the bolt to.haven't had any problems so far.
 
it has held fine for me. after the guy welded it on he beat it with a hammer to see if it would come off, and it didnt. im not sure of the kind of welder her has, but it did work for me.
