No More 4g64 Block For Sale

Tell me why, when i was trying to order the 4g64 block from magnus, they said that they stopped selling the block because it would detonate to much on customers street cars, they said it should only be in race motors and that if u use that motor on the street that it would void the warrenty, but the sales persons said it str8 out that they dont sell it anymore. Isnt that funny because i could of sworn that there was alot of people saying on this web site that that block was the best on street cars. it just shows u that alot of people out there are just lyin about the parts they have on their car. and know nothing!
So sorry to deliver the bad news people, i guess u all got to look somewhere else for a block or fully built motor, i choose buschur instead!!

That's interesting considering that blocks don't cause detonation. Bad tuning causes detonation. Unless you are trying to run 14:1 compression, I can't see why it would detonate more than a 2l block.

As far as people not having the mods they say they do, I seriously doubt that everyone that is running a 2.4l block bought it from Magnus. If you want a 2.4l block, head down to your nearest pick-n-pull and get yourself one, deliver it to the machine shop of your choice for work or go stock and follow the install guide as it has been given.

Well first off if magnus doesnt want to sell me a block then ooh well F**k them, there's other places, like that saying goes ( if one person cant help u, then another can)!!! duh!!! and as for those mods on my list, umm my badz for not updating, but do u think im actually gonna tell u all what i have on my car, com' on people have some common sense! u think im gonna tell u everything!! think about it why would i want to spend over $4200 on a 2.4 block if i didnt have the supporting mods. Personally I can understand why you got blown off. Secondly who gives a flying #### what you have on your car. did you ever think that?
