Colorado Springs,
Hi there, I'm new. So new infact, that this will be my first post :)

I have a 1995 Talon TSi AWD and I live in Colorado Springs, land of altitude. I live and do most of my racing at 6600' feet and my two track options are PMI @ 4400' ft and Bandimere @ 5800' feet. (Bandimere is 10x the track that PMI is, mainly for traction.

To give you an idea, stock DSMs at PMI tend to run high 15s. My current best is a 14.6 @ 91 with a 1.93 60' time. I want to get my car into the 12s and I think I have a plan on how to do it.

Currently my mods are:
K&N Intake w/ a cold air box
Custom Exhaust (allows me to switch from stock down pipe to a straight pipe after the turbo, bypassing the pipes, cat and muffler.
Upper I/C piping
1G BOV
Halman MBC
Intercooler Sprayer (sprays water over the i/c - when moving this greatly cools the i/c, even when driven hard.
I run between 15 and 16 psi of boost on my stock T-25.
NGK-R plugs
I'm not sure what the clutch is, its not stock since it's held up to my 50+ 5500rpm launches with no major problems yet. Probably a 2100lb

Here's my upgrade plan

Big 16G turbo
Supra SMIC (very nice upgrade over the shitty stock one)
660cc injectors
Walbro 255LPH fuel pump
S-AFC
PocketLogger for datalogging/tuning
Finish off the remaining intercooler piping
Magnicore Wires (8.5mm or 10mm?)
ACT 2600 clutch

I think that's about it. So far I've knocked a second and a half off with $300 in mods =)

Thoughts? Opinions? All greatly appreciated!

AWD's shouldn't be to hard to get into the 12's with a 16G and supporting mod's. you might need some race gas to 12's....

But yes... (hear in MN there are a few that have hit 12's with the stock 14B) - and a few that have run low 13's on the T-25 with a simular set up as your planning.

On a side note. If you get 8.5mm wires I would get MSD not Magnecor. After doing a lot of reading Magnecor has crappy customer service if something goes wrong. They will blame it on you car.

Also if you upgrade in the future to an MSD ignition you will be unabl eto use the Magnecor wires. I came across that intersting piece of information during my research.
