Perma-cool Oil Relocation Hose ?

I have the Perma-cool Oil Filter Relocation Kit and it comes with 3/8 rubber hose and fittings. I want to use SS Braided line and dont know if i should use -6 or -8. The -6 is ~ 3/8 and is basically the same size as the supplied hose and it would just stay the same size hole basically. Or should I just get -8 and just get adapters from 3/8 to -8an fittings and -8an hose??

The hose won't matter if it's choked by its fittings. Go with the fitting size.
