I recently got the TMO datalogger and I can't say how much I love it. I have learned so much about the running condition of my car. The question that I have is about the o2 sensor voltage. I did a pull up the interstate ramp through all top 3 gears. The reading at WOT was steady at .80 volts, with one or two dips to .82 and .78. I am just wondering about what A/F Ratio that translates to? Is this a safe place to let the car run. I don't have any upgrades on the fuel system, ECU, or turbo as of yet.

.80? i am gonna go with no, not safe. i have always gone by the shoot for around .93-.94 volts, maybe a little rich, but fairly safe. .80 is extremely low.

Don't use o2 voltage to tune. Since you have a pocketlogger and a 1g use knock and timing. My o2 voltage always reads lower than it should even when my knock, timing, and egt readings are all just fine. I don't even look at o2 voltages anymore.

Well, 2rd gear was the worst, full throttle, 4531rpm, 27 counts of knock, 9 deg timing decreasing as I held full throttle. Like I said, I'm still trying to understand how to read all this information. I have a larger in-line fuel pump, just not installed yet. Do you think this would help achieve better A/F ratios?

Yes put the pump in. You are running lean and knocking. Do you have a boost controller and boost gauge. If yes then how much boost are you running. You shouldn't be running much more than 15PSI with a stock fuel system.
