Im going to be purchasing a 14b Turbo From a friend and im going to be removing it from his car myself. I need to know exactly what parts along with the turbo that i need in order to apply it to my car once its ported, polished and rebuilt. I have a 95 TSi. Any help would be appreciated

One thing that I wish I would have done is to spray the shit out of the exhuat manifold bolts the night before you pull the turbo and also probably some more right before you start. I had three studs break on me, one was my fault, and I found that two were already broke, that explains my exahust leak. And when you port it get the right bits. I paid $40 for some carbide bits which sucked ass. I used them for about 3 hours and then switched over to a $3 grinding bit that ate threw it like butter. Also for sanding and polishing sears sells some rotary sand paper bits that go up to 2" in diamater, way better than a dremel.
Good luck, it shouldn't be too hard, and it will defenetely be worth the work, at least I thought so.
