i just talked to a guy at the local nissan dealership since im rebuilding my buddies SR20... he told me hes selling a DSM turbo kit minus the intercooler piping...

the good and bad is that i know for a fact that i want to change out my pistons before i even think about putting anything on my 92 N/T... the bad, or is it bad, is that the turbo is a T-66... isnt this kind of a big turbo for a DSM? espeically on the street? anyone running a T-66 on a DSM and had any luck with it?

before you get a turbo, you should get fuel, intake, exhaust, intercooler, ic pipes, bov, guages, and countless other things.

well the kit he has has a BOV, intake piping, and assorted other stuff... my next purchase is a SAFC, and some bigger injectors... the walbrugh fuel pump will be purchased once i decide to go with the turbo.... im pretty aware that slappign a turbo on a N/T will require extensive mods, but thats another subject all together :)

im mostly curiuos about the T-66 and whether or not its total overkill for a street DSM.... i plan on racing it mabe 3 or four times a year... hmm maybe i can trade the T66 for a 16G or something?

ok, if your getting a t66, your going to spend 5-7 grand more on just supporting mods.........it is twice as big as a 16g
