no clutch pressure, grinds gears, first start up since rebuild. whats wrong?

ok i just tried to move my car for the first time after my head rebuild, injecotrs, turbo, and FMIC. my clucth feels real mushy and it grinds all the gears while idling. whats up with the clutch and whjat do i need to do?

Double check and make sure you rebolted the slave cylinder back to the transmission.

its all bolted up. if i pump the pedal a few times i can get a shift or two out of it. do i need to bleed the lines you think?
