Anyone interested in a writeup on making an external dump o2?

A buddy of mine saw my custom O2 dump and he wants one. I just finished porting his, and once I get a new cutoff wheel tomorrow (damn cast iron), the cutting apart begins.
Not sure how many ppl would be interested in this, and I really don't want to waste my time doing a step by step unless it'll actually help someone. BTW the last step will involve you welding/taking it to a welding place.

uhh, couldnt take longer than 1n hour with air tools, 2 hours without
