I know that I have an air leak from the seals on my throttle body. I need to rebuilt it one of these days but I was wondering how much it is actually hindering performance? Has anyone had this problem and then noticed a big difference once it was fixed?

My car stalled frequently had very low vacuum and the idle was erratic because of bad shaft seals. I replaced the complete throttle body and ISC with a new unit, now the car idles and runs better with hks 272 cams. Then it did with stock cams with a better vacuum signal at idle.
