help on installing a greddy profecA

i just got a profec a for my car and i was wondering if someone could help me understand how to install the boost controller. i need to know the setting for the back and which vacumm goes where. i have everything stock on my car. so no upgrade turbos or BOV. could someone help me? thanks for the help
