I accidentally left on my lights last night for about 20 minutes while i was in the store. Came back on, car still started, but then I noticed that my turbo timer wasn't on after I started the car up. When I got home, I turned off the car, but it stayed on like the turbo timer was still working. It finally shut off I would say after about a minute. Now it just works like I don't have the TT anymore and will just turn off. I'm stumped. Any imput would be appreciated..I didn't see a electrical forum so I put it here. BTW, all wires were soddered on, so I seriously doubt any of them came undone. I will check tomorrow to make for sure though.

Thanks,

I got the HKS Type 1 and i'd say about 2 weeks after installing the car just didnt want to start. This was weird as sh!t. I cracked open my fuse box and sure enough the ignition fuse was out. tried the power window fuse (since its the same volt size) and it blew out right on contact. I then disconnected the timer, then put it the last fuse i had and sure enough the car started. A day later i said fuk it... and connected the turbo timer again and havent had a problem since. yea i know this isnt your problem... but just thought i'd share. simply try disconnecting the timer, and reconnecting. solved my problem, might solve yours....

worth a try! g'luck :)

Is the turbo timer counting down but your car turns off?
If so your TT is broken. I had HKS TT and I still had the warranty. Lets see I sent it in February and still havent seen it. Import Sport gets a big f-ck you from me. I called and called. Ugh we will call HKS and call you back. You lying motherf-ckers. Sorry, got off track for a sec. Sounds like the TT is broken though.

Well, I should still have a warranty as its like 2 months old. I also have the HKS type 1 TT. It doesn't come on at all and doesn't count down now when I turn off the car. It just turns off as if there wasn't a TT even attached anymore. I am going to call HKS tomorrow and see what they say. It's no big deal to unhook the harness and take the thing out and it's not like I can't live without it :) More of an annoyance than anything else. Thanks,
