Here are my mods

Big16g 7cm2,34mm flapper mod,(IPO) Propane Injection,K&N filter Chargers kit, Brobe UICP, 1gBOV,Hallmen ES MBC,Autometer AIR/fuel,Autometer Boost, TMO stage III, 3"Downpipe,3"catback, NO cat, Resinator, VP o2 dump, Tunerstein loggin software.

My questions is would it be a good idea to fill up with c16 (116 octane) and run the car at the track? I really want to feel what the car would be like over 15psi. My only concern is that my fuel system is stock. Im just running 14-15psi right now with the propane injection just to be safe. No S-afc yet so no way to really tune. If I use c16 and the propane injection what kinda PSI could I run. I will log all my runs to see if everything is ok but just to get a ballpark idea of what PSI is safe on c16? any help would be great

Thanks

If yu run c16 then go ahead and buy some new o2 sensors cause you will ruin them. I believe the c16 is too rich and eventually ruins the o2 sensor.

Not really...

I believe the c16 is too rich and eventually ruins the o2 sensor.
More like having lead in it is what likes to "eventually" kill them

Twitch, running c16 is fine, but you must know that usually (if the o2 sensor is working like it should) the o2 will run a little slow/groggy if you know what I mean and will eventually give it a much quicker death than if you weren't running leaded fuel while its being fed some DSM crack. But myself as well as hundred of other tuners have had great experience with it and suggest running it. I wouldnt worry about the o2 to much. If you want to feel the power then throw in some c16, turn off the propane (cause it will prolly take to long to dial in with the c16) and turn the boost up to about 17-18psi (assuming everything else is fine with the car) and do a few logs. Im sure your actual a/f will be fine, but just do a few logs to check first. Warning, after you do this you will not want to go back:thumb:

Thanks a lot for the good feedback candela I think im going to give it a try next time I go to the track. Thanks for the warning thats what im worried about there is no looking back after this;)

"Rich"=Too much lead.....sorry i didnt point that out.

Yes, your o2 sensor's life will decrease. There was a qoute in super chevy mag " its the equivilent of doing a burnout on your tire, it might not destroy it after 1 but it could possibly take a 1000 miles off its wear"...something like that.

Cough up the $95 bux and get a Walbro 255LPH fuel pump. I wouldn't try cranking the boost without it. Yes, it will be safer on the C16, however you'll make quite a bit more power with the added fuel.

Regards,

Ok guys its off to the track to get come c16 and test it out. I will let you know how it does if I dont FRY the stock clutch.
