anyone know anything bout the JDM Spec. Cyclone Intake manifold, good or not? I want to know cause i have a chance to get one for a great price.

There are certain vaccumm hoses that you need to hook up to get the other butterfiles on the IM to work that aren't on a US-spec DSM.

Later,

I bought one then sold it. It would help spool up the turbo faster, and give you better mid range power but top end will blow. As MUTTEDTSIAWD said it's not a perfect match to the US spec engine. It also isn't soposed to pass us emission tests if you are concerned about that. It would be better to get your stock one ported from RRE for $375 , or buy a aluminum or venom for a hell of a lot more money, nearly $1000 more. Use your money to get it extrude honed.

The venon intake is around $600. Polk performance has some nicer intake manifolds too.
