how do you remove the turbine from the t25 turbo??

The turbine wheel and shaft are an integrated unit. So the compressor has to come off to start with. Hehe.. then you'll figure it out.

Get a good pair of snap ring pilers adn remove the ring holding the housing on. In order to get the wheel off you haev to remove the entire turbo off the car so you can have it rebalanced when you are done with whatever you are doing.
 
Remember the unit is balanced after assembly so if you pull the thing apart make sure you send it out to have it re-balanced. You will have major problems if you just screw it back on as the balance will be way out and will likely cause it to come into contact with the compressor housing cover etc..
