Hi, my friend is looking into a 95 talon tsi awd, but it has a 1g motor which was rebuilt. The kid selling it is asking for 7k. How reliable is a rebuilt 1g motor?
 
you really need to find out who did it. a rebuilt 1g motor can be more reliable then a factory 2g if done correct.
 
Also, "rebuilt" means different things to different people. Figure out exactly what was done and get a receipt of some kind.
