I have a couple questions. Here are the mods I am getting done to my 2G GSX. All of this is being put on still with the T25 but getting it ready for the BIG 16G but i was wondering what might be the possible HP output from these mods still with the T25? Also what is the max psi of boost i will be able to run with these mods, I was thinking about 15 but i would like to get some other opinions. Any help is appreciated, Thank you.

6 bolt swap with 2G pistons and 1G rods
Head is being ported and polished with HKS 264 intake cam and 272 exhaust cam
2G exhaust manifold ported
Full apexi N1 3 inch exhaust from turbo back
Injen intake
RC 550 injectors
SAFC
Walbro 255 fuel pump
NGK plugs and wires
Fluidyne radiator
ACT 2600
Fidanza flywheel
turboXs RFL BOV
turboXs dual stage boost controller
greddy turbo timer
All free mods, stock SMIC is being taken off cleaned out and all bent fins fixed and a little trimming done on the bumper for better air flow

with those mods you could run about 15-17psi, but that's where the t25 poops out on you. With a larger turbo you could run 19-20, but then the stock SMIC looses its efficiency and you need a frontmount.

One other thing. If you're doing all of this, I'd spend the extra money and get yourself some 660cc injectors and a bigger turbo like a 20g or a green. You are for sure going to want to go bigger than the 16g if you're spending all that money to get your engine rebuilt and all that money on other mods. I suppose if all you want is a 16g though, stick with it and get youself a frontmount to run a bunch more boost.

Thanks for the info man. Any other info is much appreciated.
