and what does this have to do with your BOV?

I'm having P0120 CEL errors come up every other day. I'm 80% sure the spring tension on the Type-S is the culprit. (I get flutters when I let off the gas and I think the uneven release of boosted air is confusing my TPS) If it's worth it, I might just say F' it and go with a 1G to avoid the aggrivation of retensioning ever time I get a chance to up the boost with mods. I'm at 15 psi now, but I'm on the verge of putting a new fuel pump in. This CEL BS has been going on for a while now..

The GReddy is adjustable. With the 1G you'll just have more problems.

I give a big "What up!" to NJ, my pops lives there. Are you saying the 1G will still flutter just like the Greddy does? I think my next step is going to be getting the Dejon Tool leak stop kit. It hooks up the lower nipple of the Type-S to give equal opening pressure from top and bottom.

just take a voltmeter, check the output from the TPS and make sure ur TPS didn't take a dump. cause i've never heard of this problem

I just replaced and adjusted the TPS correctly. It was replaced on Sunday (4-13-03). I've got an AT which is probably why you are not seeing this error.
