I've replaced the fuel tank with a fuel cell, so i also replaced the in-tank walbro with an aeromotive inline fuel pump. I have the inline pump wired to the stock pump connections and I've tested the wires to make sure they are still getting power; there good. The pump is in between the filter and the cell. I've seen most ppl put there's after the filter. Could this be why the pump isn't kicking on?
PS. I've also tried running the pump direct to the battery (before i pulled out the MultiMeter) and it sparked a bit. Almost as if + and- were touching, but I'm 100% sure there not, and + is on +.

Try hard wiring it with a separate battery or straight from the car's battery post and if it runs its your wiring, if it doesnt run its your pump.

if its your wiring you want to look at the relay for your pump, grounds and fuse since you are hacking in the OE pump wires and if its your pump replace.

I have "hard wired". When i did the hard wiring, as soon as i touched the wires the the battery's 's post they sparked. Kinda the same spark u see when a positive wire hits a negative wire, but I'm 100% sure this wasn't the case.

it will spark pretty god because of the high draw, it won't hurt anything to hold it on for a split second, if the wires get hot and the p[ump don't run then the pump is junk. I've personally see a lot of aeromotive pumps fail prematurely. Another thing to watch for is that it isn't drawing fuel from above the tank/cell, this will ruin them in short order
