? about the evo 7 IC

I can get one for a good price and i had a few questions about it.

1. does anyone know if it will if on a 97 gst?
2. Does anyone know the spec's on the ic?
3. would i get anything out of it with the t-25 or should i wait for a the t-28?

1. Yes with custom IC piping
2. No
3. If the effeciancy is good on a big16g@18psi it would benefit a t-25 or t-28.
