What else do i need

Right now my car is stock except a cone filter. It is a tsi fwd.
I am curious is there a turbo I can buy that will put me in to 13's or would it be better to soup up the stock turbo and if so what will i need to see about 13.5.

look at this first: http://www.dsmtuners.com/tuning-guide/2gturbo/ . you can't just slap a turbo on and run 13's,its gonna take a quite a bit of money.

Not really quite a bit as I know a couple of people who have gone 13s on the T25 and FWD with only intake and exhaust but getting beyond that takes more $$
