What does the UIC have to do with the turbo inlet pipe?

Do you have this Pipe here?

I don't understand what you are asking. The BOV is attached to the UIC, then a rubber hose from the BOV to the tube on the top of the inlet pipe. You should NOT vent to atmosphere unless you have a VPC. Venting to atmosphere is NOT good. If you need to know why, do a search for "venting to atmosphere"

Like Eclipse4x4 said, the blow off valve (BOV) does not bolt up to the intake pipe. The BOV attaches to an upper intercooler pipe (UICP.) Any BOV that can recirculate will work with that intake pipe. You just need to attach the black rubber hose from the BOV to the tube on top of the intake pipe. If you're installing the 1g MAS 2.5" intake pipe from Dejon, all you need to do is take off the stock intake, slide the air filter assembly onto the intake pipe, and then re-attach the rubber tube coming off the BOV to the tube on the intake pipe, like in the picture posted by Eclipse4x4. I'm still not 100% sure if that answers your question...

A stock 1g BOV will work with that intake pipe, in case you were wondering.

Good luck. :thumb:
