Today i installed an Injen intake, Dejon UICP, and turboxs H34 BOV, these are my only modifications, currently i have 3 washers in the BOV, does any one know how many washers are recomended?:dsm:

It just depends on what works best for u. I think i use like 6-7, just set yer boost at what u want then add or remove them. :dsm:

Use as many as you can without getting compressor surge. Or as few as you can while still holding the desired boost level. I use 4. I can get away with using 3, but 4 seems to work a tad better. When I use 5, I get compressor surge sometimes. 5 works better on long road trips, though, since mine makes a lot of whistling sounds when I'm doing anywhere over 80 MPH, and five washers keeps the valve closed tighter.

currently i have 4 in and i seem to get a little bit of whistle under normal acceleration, if i put 5 in how will i know if i'm getting compression surge. What is the noise, what does it feel like?
