Fredericksburg,
Just wondering if anyone know anything about EXTREMEPSI.com. Im trying to place and order for a turbo but I can't seem to get anyone to answer my questions. Has anyone on this board ordered from them and how was your experience?

i ordered from them about 2 weeks ago.i ordered a s-afc and 550cc injectors. they emailed me an told me that rc has to fit the sieman deka injectors to fit dsm's so i've been waiting and the guy keeps emailing me and saying that they still haven't come in. then the other day he said that they stop dealing with rc and now they have extremepsi lucas injectors that they are getting from a new company. he told me that he would give me those injectors for the same price as the sd injectors, and also free injector seals. just because i've been waiting so long.

I take it that you are not to happy with there customer service then. I think I may just go somewhere else and get what I need. I have e-mailed them numerous times with no reply. I have called them asking about shipping but the have never called back. I don't think I want to deal with a company that doesn't know how much there shipping is.

i just don't think they have the injectors. i hope there not dicking me around. but i have always ordered from turbotrix and they always ship right away but sometimes there prices are to high. thats why i will order from other places. also these places are good to

www.extrememotorsports.com
www.diamondstarmotorsport.com
www.turbotrix.com

these are my 3 favorites

yeah so i guess i'm saying is my experience with extremepsi hasn't been that good.

hope this helps

Im basically looking for the big t28 killer....which is a bold on for my gsx. Do they buy this turbo from Turbochargers.com cause they look exactly the same?

I ordered a 255lph from them 8 days ago and no fuel pump yet.

I was just looking for the best price I miss Bushur's customer service, if I would have ordered it from them it would already be here and installed. Sometimes the extra 10% you pay is worth the headaches.

I've boughten from ExtremePSI many a times w/ good success. MOst cases i recieved my parts in the mail in 2 days. Most of them time when the get injectors they are all sold before they even arrive to the store. Give him some time, he's a good guy to deal w/ and gives out some killer deals. If you've never waited for parts b4 i am very suprised. Get used to it because the more in the indusrty grows the more ind emand parts get and the longer it will take to get them. Hell, we've been waiting for an IC now for 2 months, but thats just how the game works and you just gotta deal w/ it. Quality is worth waiting for, enuf said there.......Im sure there's cheaper places out there but as the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Personally i'd rather wait 2 weeks and get my parts from a reputable shop then get it $10 cheaper from a randowm unknown newbie shop. Just me $.02, do as you please, its your car/parts, just giving you my previous experiences about ExtremePSI. Peace.

Hey Guys,

This is Niu from Extreme PSI. First, I would like to apologize on a few of you that ordered our Sieman Dekas injectors and had to wait. We normally have them modifed from RC but due to their back order, our injectors weren't shipped out till earlier this week. Because of the low price we offer on the injectors, they come and go all the time. Other then that, we generally ship everything within 1-2 business days prior order.

jasil: Can I have your name and order number? We have all the fuel pumps + kits in stock. It should have been sent out on the day of your order. Please let me know if you received it yet...

Thanks.

Hi, I ordered from extremepsi, twice this year and although some things have taken time to arrive (I am in the UK) the owner has always given good reason why things have been delayed and kept me well informed!
I also keep adding things to orders which makes his life a living nightmare:p As far as customer service goes he is a star, and very friendly too!

Oh and hi to all the peeps at DSM im new here!:D

Werd. I've been dealing with Niu for quite a while and have never had any unexpected delays. Maybe I've been lucky -- I think i've only ordered 'in stock' parts, but I've never had any problem contacting him with any questions... If for some reason your email isn't going through, try using AIM and adding extremepsicom to your buddy list.

Now i just need to convince him to expand is WRX selection... :thumb:

i haven't had too good of business with extreme psi....they sent me injectors without the seal kit, the apexi downpipe and exhaust they sold to someone else, promised me that I would have it in less than a week, only to get them a month later.

I was told by 3 other companies that Extremepsi is buying their fuel pumps through competitors because they cant get their own accounts...
It was also indicated to me that they may not be around for very long to warranty products and could go out of buisness in the middle of a sale. I know that companies sometimes bash each other but the info was identical from all 3 sources. ALL reputable companies are in the same price range. Beware when there is a $50+ price difference...

I bought my 660 Dekas from them. They didn't have them in stock when I ordered them, but I received them about a week & a half later. They always emailed me right back when I questioned them about the order.

This guy Mike Huml has some killer deals on Turbos and ships out quick........................... http://www.slowboyracing.com

If you have to get friends (or yourself) to join a site to make positive comments for your company, there is a problem.
They are registered as NON DSM USERS and have no profile!
Very shaddy in my opinion...
If you company is Genuine+Long term in customer service and sales, YOUR DSM CUSTOMERS will recommend you, or at least not question you.

I can vouch for Extreme PSI, i have an account w/ them and have been successfully buying from for months now and received every product w/in a reasonable time. If the product was not going to be available i was notified so. I don't have a problem waiting for product, thats just how this indusrty is working right now. Hell, we've waited 2 months for a turbo and 3 months for a FMIC. Quality is worth waiting for. Personally i would gladly pay a few extra dollars to a legit company who will give you legit answers on products and not give you then run around and BS excuses as to why your product has not shown up. I have boughten AFC's, fuel pumps, injectors, intakes, downpipes, etc. from ExtremePSI w/ no problems whatsoever. My $.02. Feel free to PM me w/ any questions about my experiences. Peace.

A update I ordered the walbro for a 90$, a great price, and it took 11 days to get to my door. I'm happy now.

Well, I ordered a $90 Walbro :D off ebay from them last Monday and I've heard good things about ExtremePSI, so I imagine it will arrive in a timely manner. I was told it was shipped out on the 4th...which is good. Thanks guys for the killer deal. :thumb:

SWEET.. i might just get one then.. hmm.. says there is no actuator though and the stock internal flapper is not welded shut.. so you can't use a external wastegate.... hmmm still be spending around $1000-1100 to get everything i need to use it.. er... think it's worth it though?

on DSMotorsports $775 20g, there's no wastegate actuator, but there is the flapper. they do this so you can use their stainless o2 w/ the flange and dump tube for an external wastegate. all you have to do is remove the flapper. hope that helped. its exactly what i am doing, only im doing it with the br500.
