Squeeking - possibly Harmonic Balancer?

I've been getting this squeeking coming from the belts area after starting up the engine. It's usually only apparent after the car's been off for a long time, & it quiets down after around 5-10 mins. Could be a loose belt since I just replaced the alternator, so I'll tighten that. (Anyone have any good suggestions for checking if belt tension is in check, without buying an expensive tension gauge?)

But just wondering if the HB could be going out. Can anyone tell from these pics?

It looks still intact. I literally just replaced mine the other day. Mine would squeek for about 30 seconds and then go away, and the rubber was all cracked up and missing chunks. I was also getting black rubber powder all over the alternator and closeby objects. One pretty sure-fire way to tell is to watch the pulley when its idling from the front of the car, if it is wobbling at all then replace it. Either way, it wouldn't hurt to replace it.

Put a mark with whiteout on the inner hub and outer hub. Start the car and drive it around. Re-check the marks. If they don't line up, the harmonic balancer is bad.

As for tightening belts, I tighten to the point where I can't turn the belt past 90 degrees.

Thanks guys. Hopefully it's just the belt. If by some chance its one of the pulleys, like the p/s, how do you stop that from squeeking?

Well the belts seem to be tight and the squeaking is still there. Tightened the alt. belt but that didn't do anything. Can't really turn the belts past 90*. It really sounds like it's coming from the p/s pully. And it seems to be wobbling a bit when the engine's running. Can't move of wobble it with the engine off though. Is it pretty easy to take the pully off and check if anything's wrong? P/s fluid also seems to be a bit low so I don't know if that could be contributing.
