I have $2000 for parts ( maybe a bit more ). What would you all advice for a big 16G set up. I want to replace the intake, exhaust mani, downpipe ( to a 2.5" ), high flow cat ( 2.5" ), and cat back exhaust ( 2.5" ). Also if I can swing it I want to replace the upper intercooler pipe and the lower. I also would like to find a loud BOV so i can still hear it when venting back to the intake. Am I leaving out any other parts I'll need, I think I am. What about a O2 housing and is there a good reason to get O2 eliminating parts? Sorry if i'm rambling like an idiot, but I'm still learning about DSM's and turbos in general.

Also what is a good exhaust for non rice, rasp, and farting. I'm looking for something with a nice low tune ( low for a 4 banger ) that is also DB legal at idle and not obnoxiously(sp) loud when driving.

Thanks guys

ALL PRICES ARE ESTIMATES OR ARE PRICED OFF THE NET AND DO NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING
#1) Intake - 3" Dejon Tool Intake + K&N filter = $136

Exhaust Mani - Get a ported Buschur 2G = $275

Downpipe - Go 3", cant go wrong. Apex N-1 d/p starts as 2½" then becomes 3" at the flex-back (eliminates cat also) = $200

Exhaust - Apex N-1 - $500

#2) Dejon UICP - $185

Dejon LICP - $75

#3) HKS SSQ - $200 Re-circ. kit - $40

#4) Buschur Ported O2 Housing - $195

EST. GRAND TOTAL= $1806

Those are the parts Id go with :thumb: That leaves pleanty of room for shipping.

Also consider the RnR Racing O2 Eliminator turbo-back exhaust. Comes in 2.5" and 3" varieties. My belief is, contrary to most opinions, that 2.5" is good enough unless you are planning on running 11s.

No prices but here is a thorough list:
2.5/3" Dejon Tool Intake with K&N Filter
Dejon Tool UICP
1G BOV
Ported 2g Manifold
Ported 2g O2 Housing or O2 eliminator DP
2.5/3" DP
Test Pipe or Catalytic Converter
3" Exhaust
550cc Injectors
Walbro 190 OR
Walbro 255 and AFPR
Apex'i S-AFC
Pocketlogger
Boost Gauge
EGT Gauge
Big 16g
2g install kit (if necessary)

I was gonna say something about the RnR turbo back but doug beat me to it. And I plan on getting a 2.5 because it will go to 11's and I just want to touch 12's. You will want a new fuel pump and injectors to take advantage of the 16g. And if you get larger injectors you will need a S-AFC.

Intake - K&N FIPK $105
The 2.5 Rnr Turbo back is $450
Ex. Man. $210 Mild ported form diamondstarmotorsports.com
Big 16g $650
660 Injectors $130 at extrememotorsports.com
S-AFC $325 (less if u can find a used one)
190lph Fuel Pump $225 for supra 190lph (quieter than walbro but more $$$)
BOV I"ll just quote diesel boy here "HKS SSQ - $200 Re-circ. kit - $40 "
UICP & LICP together at diamondstarmotorports.com $210

All total is $2485. You could get everything but the turbo and then have all the supporting mods you need when you're ready to upgrade. It would also leave you a couple hundred dollars for shipping if you skipped the new turbo for now. You'll enjoy your turbo more if you have the supporting mods first so you don't have to go easy and use the same amount of boost you had on the stocker. If you go for the 16g you'll need a special kit to install it on a 2g. that will cost more nad I didnt figure it into the price above.
