So I just installed the FP Intake. It is pushing so hard up against the WG Nipple on the 16G that it is pushing the nipple through the hose and hence is causing the MBC to be rendered useless and is boosting to infinity. Is it possible to bend the WG nipple to where it doesn't push against the pipe or will that damage/distort the WG nipple?

Just a little bit I'd guess. Doing it a little at a time might work. What about cutting the nipple in half so it's a lot lower down. That would lose the bead on it, but is there enough pressure going through that hose that not having a bead would pop it off?

I believe on my brother's we cut the nipple down just below the bead. We use a zip tie on the nipple and it holds fine. It's still an extremely close fit with it cut down.

I ended up bending it toward the radiator and the intake actually sat lower as well, the recirc tube fit better and all that. So far boost is holding rock solid and that intake spools that turbo HARD it's amazing. Anyway, thanks for the input. if it cuts the hose again I'll just cut the nipple down like turbosax and snowboarder.
