Well fellas-and ladies)
After a whole week with the Big T28 on......I still notice alot more power. But now I have a few small symtoms that need a few of you guys' input on.
At idle my car smokes a little....still.
I pulled my plugs and they are a burnt orangish red color......lean?
regapped them and reinstalled them.....still on stock BCS., 14psi, stock fuel pump.....stock catback.
I haven't reached fuel cut yet....which is good. I do notice when I corner REAL hard I get what feels like fuel cut....but I believe when I corner REAL hard I slosh all the fuel to one side of the tank or the other and run the fuel line dry......is this a possiblity?
Waiting on a paycheck to come in to buy a AFC and some 660cc injectors and a 190lph pump.
Boost controller (hallman classic) just came in yesterdays mail.....won't put it on till I get the fuel upgrades though.
Still haven't recieved my Phantom Road Works Catback.....starting to piss me off......but they said they shipped it like nearly 4 weeks ago....guess I will wait it out.
My EBC Green brake pads just came in also...putting those on this weekend...along with rewiring the fuel pump.
One more thing:
When I pulled my old T25 off I noticed 3 hairline cracks in the exhaust housing where the manifold dumps into the turbo......what causes this.......Top Speed blasts or just being extremely hot? I Topped out my new Big T28 a few days ago ( 160 mph!!!!!/260 kph on the autobahn of course )and I just don't wanna jack this thing up since its so new......the T25 did have 12,000 miles on it though ( it was new when I bought the car )
Let me know what you think on any of these things..
