About a month ago my oil leaked out without me realizing it and that pretty much explains itself.
I've got the engine pulled and i'm taking it to BJ's cylinder head in Tulsa OK for a full rebuild. This is mostly what I'm looking at... I know I'm forgetting stuff.

weisco pistons
eagle rods
total seal rings
clevite bearings
i believe a .020bore
lightened crankshaft
removed balance shafts
Stage 2 street port head
3 angle valve job
intake side will be port matched to 1g intake manifold and tb
and hopefully I will find one in the junkyard.
2g mani will be ported to match for now.
And I can't remember what the hell else.
Anyways what kind of horsepower gains am I looking at? Will it be much?
 
One question I forgot to put on there was What other parts could I rob off the 1g while I'm at it besides the intake manifold and tb??
 
what CR are the pistons? Make sure you don't have to cut your crank.
 
You might wanna rethink the TS rings. They are junk. I used them on my 1st build up and they were total crap.
 
You can use the head off of the 1G along with the manifold and the TB.I have a couple of spares if your intrested.
 
How much do you want for the intake mani and the throttle body???
And I believe the Compression is 9:1........

did you buy honda pistons?:D that cr doesn't sound right
 
Ask BJ. He knows his sh!t. Building a "built" engine is not about how much the engine alone will increase HP, but rather the ability of that engine to support more boost/air flow and hence more hp.
