What kind of hp gains can i expect from an aftermarket BOV, upper intercooler and s pipe, intake and boost controller compared to stock. and how noticible will it feel when driving

A pretty big difference compared to stock with all those mods. You will feel it. It seemed like those mods gave me more of a gain than my full exhaust.

If you aren't replacing the intake snorkel hose, make sure you do the dump tube cut as well.

ALso if you are puitting a boost controller on the HP will be different depending on how many pounds of boost you run.

well how much boost can I run on a 2G with just those mods and no fuel mods except maybe the fuel pump rewire. You dont want to go any higher than 15-16 psi on the T-25 anyway right
