The reason that I am asking is because I have a 20G with the Td06 housing and I just bought a FMIC that fits a 1G. So would the 20G that I have bolt right on except for replacing the oil feed line with the front mount. I have been told I would need a j-pipe but I think this would only be if I was going to use the stock side mount intercooler. Let me know guys, thanks.

Yes a 20G will bolt onto a 1G. YOu will have to dent the water pipe to clear the compressor housing.

I think he's talking about bolting on, as in the ic piping lining up...Anyway, I think you should be all set assuming your turbo outlet is facing down (normal 20G) it it faces up like a 14b/16g you'll need a J pipe..

Sicne the 20g faces down you can use an intercooler such as an IRC or something that doesnt use the stock ic piping location. You can see in my pic that since I have a 16g I needed a j pipe to connect to the ic piping where the 20g would normally be anyway. Even if you do want to route it back to the stock ic piping location you do not need a j-pipe, youll have to get an elbow welded on the end of the comp housing so it points towards the pass. fender...

That's only necessary on 2G's. 1G's it clears it no problem.
