Well i have an Apexi N1 dp, a few months ago and bolt it on to the aftermarket exhaust that came with the car. The previous owner bought the exhaust from ebay for very cheap, and now after burning the canister more and more its becoming more and more annoying and very very loud when WOT. Well it is time for a better exhaust system, after doing some searching i noticed that apexi n1 dp besides its own brand of exhaust it also fits perfetc with Greddy Evo exhaust. Does anyone know if there is another system that the Apexi N1 down pipe will fit with. Btw the dp is 3" all the way.

^He already has the downpipe. He's looking for a catback. Will a Megan catback bolt up? I thought they had neck downs and would need welded. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'd say you might be able to go cheap, and get a shop to do 3inch piping, throw a resonator in line, and buy a muffler off ebay, whatever style you want, carbon, n1, whatever.

That should quiet it up and the cat won't be robbing power.

Custom 3in dp:thumb::thumb::thumb: is FTW mated to n1 catback

I don't knopw but i like the Apexi dp it has a pretty good flow, and i noticed a VERY big difference from the stock one when i first changed it. But back to the topic what you guys think of the Thermal R&D? Do they have a resonator built on their exhaust, and do you think it will fit? Worst comes to worse i'm just gona have to just cut the flange either on the catback or dp and welded to the proper position.

I just looked up a pic for the thermal, I don't see a resonator inline...I think their muffler is just outstanding from what I've heard. It's nice and quiet down low and up top its not obnoxious but it sounds good...check into that...I don't think you should buy a new exhaust section unless you get a GREAT price because it's just piping...

I really would say just get someone to make you a nice system, and if noise is really what you're worried about, do the thermal muffler and throw a resonator inline(off of ebay)
