Ok, the side with the screw t's into the bov line and the opposite goes to the wastegate? and then you cap the nipple under the turbo?. i did that and my boost never went up, i only wanna run 12 psi, but still can someone tell me what im doing wrong? thanks

Have you tried adjusting the MBC??

Sounds like you have it installed right, just turn the nob a couple turns, then make a pull and watch your boost gauge carefully :D

I am currently running 9 psi, and i tried to make my own till i can afford a real one

Go get a RRE MBC....its like $60 bucks and works great! i have one, but how mine hooks up, its not like that.....mine hooks up just like the old BCS hooked up....one side to the intake pipe.....and the one with the T-fitting, one side goes to the source (turbo) and the other goes to the wastegate actuator....it works great on mine and it controlls the boost very well....when i get on it hard in 2nd or 3rd, i only spike 1psi over what i usually boost (16psi spike with 15psi constant)...its very accurate and pretty cheap.....check it out, its on Their Site scroll down and it is the second thing on the page....good luck!

Since you made your own it's hard to say what's up but if the ball never seals then it acts like a piece of tubing and all you see is what your wastegate actuator is set at. (base boost).

Try testing is out of the car, make sure it blocks any air flow from the the port the ball sits against until you exceed the pressure you trying to set. That port is the one that goes to the boost source. The other port goes to the WGA.
