How much factory boost does the 16g come with ?

there's no such thing as factory "boost". your boost controller and other "go fast" goodies will make that determination

Now that its cleared up, how much boost should I be (safely) running? My mods listed in my profile.

Do you have a Air/fuel or EGT Gauge???????
Have you upgraded your fuel pump????

Without a fuel pump I wouldn't go over 10psi

If you do, start off with 12psi, and keep increasing untill you start running lean on your Air/Fuel gauge, or you hit 1650F on the 1/4mile.

If you don't have any of those gauges, don't go over 13psi, to be on the safe side.

Usually with a Upgraded fuel pump and stock injector, you might be able to run 15-16psi.

yes I have a air/fuel gauge. Not to question your knowledge but to understand...why would I run only 12 - 13 psi on a 16g with a couple of mods, when the t25 runs 12 stock?

I say you can safely run 1 PSI until you do more research and learn what you are doing. You seem like your just throwing on parts before you know what they do. You can't just throw on sh1t and crank up the boost and go. Start by reading some upgrade paths and the tuning guide.

I didnt crank up the boost via no boost controller, I didnt choose to put a 16g on my car but due to a bearing burned t25 and a cheap 16g I now have a 16g. No parts were thrown on they were carefully installed. The guys at extreme said I would be perfectly safe with my current mods without adding exhaust or bigger fuel system, so I took their advice. If you would like to tell me how you aquired you keen sense of knowledge without ever having to ask any questions, I would no doubt be interested. Yes I did read the tuning guides.

listen man this site has probably the nicest dsm members on the Internet. we are trying very hard to help you with this problem. 4x4's points although a bit ruff around the edges are dead on. you keep referencing extreme. have you taken a minute to look at their upgrade paths on the website? go do some reading because the questions you ask are very basic. get a boost controller and some of the mods i mentioned on the other thread you started and go from there.
