I have two problems and I would think that anyone that has instaled a Magnus intake and 75mm throttle body would have had the same.

Problem #1 I can't get the mustang tps to read zero. I took it off the throttle body completly and it still reads 11%, is this normal?

Problem #2 My gas pedal does not touch the floor. If to much presure is applied it will eventually break the cable. What do I do for a throttle stop?

For the stop you can do a couple different things. Some people weld a small piece of flat steel to the floor, others use a threaded rod so they can have some adjustment. Chances are the throttle plate would break before the cable would.

Is the TPS adjustable?

I have theTPS pluged into the harness but it is not attached to the throttle body so it is at the lowest point it will go. Is there a TPS that I can adjust?

Do you have pics of the stop?

If you are using a logger to check the tps value it will always sit at 11% when throttle is closed, although it should read 0% on the safc.

the safc willautorange so whatever the lowest it has seen since reset will be considered 0. the logger reading should go lower then 11% though.

The readings I am seeing on the logger does not matter as long as I see 0-100% on the AFC? I did not check the AFC, I just used the Logger. Will check later tonight.
