169 isn't bad for a quality iron manifold. I would get it for the strength over a tubular and I am guessing the ports are fairly good size.

i have that manifold on my car right now and it flows great, I don't know why it would not fit an automatic though?

1g Auto's have the 13g turbo. Only thing I can think of as to why it wouldn't fit.

Do a search on here, thats the GT mani & there should be lots of info on it. Seems to be a knock off of the origional SBR mani. From what I read everyone seems to be very happy with it when they recieved it & theres probably a good number of people running it by now. Only thing I would verify since its been out awhile now & people will have some miles on them, is how resistant they are to cracking. Just becasue its cast doesn't mean it won't crack. The materials they use to cast the mani can very a good amount & so can the resistance to cracking. I have a cast mani that had a couple nice cracks after 6 months use.
